Frank Pendleton is a seasoned business leader and community advocate running for Leland Town Council. Born and raised in Florida, Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Florida State University and went on to receive a master’s degree in Management from Indiana Institute of Technology. His education laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to leadership, problem-solving and public service.
With over 30 years of professional experience, including more than two decades in the transportation and logistics industry, Frank currently serves as a Sales Executive for Boxwell LLC-the largest manufacturer of portable storage units in North America. Throughout his career he has led teams, managed complex projects and helped businesses grow responsibly and sustainably. He is a skilled problem solver, consensus builder and strategic planner.
Frank’s extensive background in managing people, projects and operations has equipped him with a deep understanding of how to balance growth while staying true to a community’s character. His approach to leadership is centered on listening, collaboration, and common-sense-decision making.
In addition to his professional career, Frank has been a tireless volunteer, giving back to the community in many capacities. He has coached youth sports as well as serving as a Sunday School teacher and church deacon, a scout leader and is a member of Orient Masonic Lodge #395. He helped create the Dunes Youth Baseball Park and served as a high school Booster Club President. Frank has been a past HOA president and currently serves as the HOA Vice President for The Peninsula in Brunswick Forest. His long-standing service reflects a deep commitment to family, youth and community development.
Frank and his wife, Teri chose Leland as their home because of its charm, vibrancy and potential. He recognizes that Leland has seen exponential growth in recent years and knows that with growth comes responsibility. As a member of the Leland Town Council, Frank’s top priority will be to ensure that every resident feels heard. He is committed to fostering transparency in local government, promoting thoughtful development and shaping a community that reflects the values and voices of all of our residents.
